The easiest part of setting up camp is extending your electric awning.

You can get shelter and keep your equipment dry at just the click of a button.

In the following video, Chris will be demonstrating how to use the electric awning fitted in a Silverline Outback caravan.

These instructions are applicable to the Silverline range.

Step-by-step guide to using the electric awning:

Step 1

To extend your awning, you must first ensure that it’s switched on.

Step 2

Once it’s on, you can press the extend button located on your control panel.

Step 3

The awning will automatically extend from the van.

It will also automatically calibrate itself.

Step 4

To retract the awning, press the retract button located on your control panel.

The awning will retract automatically.

Extending and retracting your awning is really that easy.
